A Mediterranean Bloody Mary: intense, spicy and rich in the aromas of the scrubland.

A bold version, in which Gin Niro® replaces the vodka, reviving the original recipe born in Paris. Chili pepper, oregano, and tomato create a dense and vibrant aromatic blend.

Ingredients
50 ml Gin Niro®
10 ml Lemon juice
Dried oregano
½ chili pepper
10 ml Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

100 ml Tomato juice


Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large shaker with ice and stir gently. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a green olive, chili pepper, and lemon leaf.
