TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information

The GIN NIRO website is managed by Aldo Agostinelli, with registered office in Piacenza, Via Beverora 10, registered with the Piacenza Chamber of Commerce, VAT number 01908840331, REA 364210. 2. Age Requirements

In accordance with Article 14-ter of Law 125/2001, the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders or request age verification by means of an identity document.

3. Products

Products available for sale are described accurately and transparently. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract. Availability may change without notice.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are shown in Euros, inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any shipping costs are calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include: – Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) – PayPal – Other methods as indicated on the website An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within EU (unless otherwise specified). Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not binding. Upon delivery, we invite you to check the integrity of the package and report any damage to the courier. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Subject to Conditions

The delivery of certain Products, such as alcoholic beverages, age-restricted content, or similar items, may be subject to additional conditions being met by the recipient, as required by applicable law, these Terms, or any other relevant document.

At the time of delivery of such Products, Users may be required to provide proof or substitute declarations confirming that such conditions are met — for example, being of legal age under applicable law. If the legal or contractual conditions are not met, delivery of the Products may not be possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to eshop@ginniro.com, stating the order number and the products to be returned.

Exceptions: Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: – sealed goods that are not suitable for return on hygiene grounds and that have been opened after delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and products must be returned intact, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability

The owner of GIN NIRO shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from improper use of the products sold, nor for delivery delays due to force majeure events (strikes, natural events, transport issues, etc.).

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law. For civil disputes with consumers, territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.

Intellectual Property

Without prejudice to any more specific provision contained in the Terms, intellectual and industrial property rights — such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, and designs relating to Gin Niro — are held exclusively by the Owner or its licensors and are protected under applicable law and international intellectual property treaties.

All trademarks — whether word or figurative — and any other distinctive signs, trade names, service marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with Gin Niro are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected under applicable law and international intellectual property treaties.
