Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been opened, must have its plastic seal intact, and must be in its original packaging.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and work towards resolving it.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been opened or used, must have its plastic seal intact, and must be in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at eshop@ginniro.com.

Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to eshop@ginniro.com, stating the order number and the products to be returned. Exceptions: Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: – sealed goods that are not suitable for return on hygiene grounds and that have been opened after delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and products must be returned intact, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
