A celebratory cocktail that combines the structure of Niro® Gin with the smoothness of sparkling Zibibbo. Citrus notes, a smooth texture, and a luminous finish evoke the island where it all comes from.
Ingredients
50 ml Gin Niro®
15 ml Agave syrup
20 ml Lemon juice
30 ml Zibibbo sparkling wine
Preparation
Shake all ingredients except the sparkling wine vigorously. Strain into a large flute, top with the Zibibbo sparkling wine, and garnish with a blackberry and a lemon leaf.
