Crushed grapes release a natural sweetness that complements the botanical structure of GIN NIRO® . A juicy, green, and bright drink, surprising in its immediacy.
Ingredients
50 ml GIN NIRO®
2 teaspoons white sugar
6–8 grapes
15 ml Lemon juice
Preparation
Gently muddle the grapes in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary stuck into a grape.
